You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials, router admin access and Wi-Fi passwords associated with your connection, and for all activity that occurs through your connection.

Internet plans are subject to fiber/network availability at your address. Installation timelines communicated on this website, over phone or by our sales team are estimates and may vary based on site conditions, right-of-way permissions and local infrastructure factors beyond our control.

Our network may not be used for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to hacking, distributing malware or viruses, spamming, copyright infringement, or activity that disrupts the network for other users. Use of internet telephony/VoIP services over our network must comply with applicable Indian telecom regulations. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for any violation of this clause.

Plan pricing, speeds and features listed on this website are indicative and may be revised from time to time; please confirm final pricing and terms with our sales team before purchase. While our home broadband plans are advertised as unlimited, usage patterns that abnormally and persistently impact network performance for other customers may be subject to review and reasonable fair-usage management.

Billing cycles, due dates, accepted payment methods and any applicable taxes will be communicated to you at the time of connection activation and on your invoices. You are responsible for ensuring payments are made on time to avoid service interruption. You are also responsible for the accuracy of any billing or contact details you provide us.

We may update these Terms & Conditions, our plans, or the content of this website at any time to reflect changes in our services, pricing or applicable law. Continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thane, Maharashtra.
